Geophysical Surveys
At Cascade Exploration, we use advanced geophysical tools to understand what’s happening underground, without disturbing the land.
Geophysical surveys are a non-invasive, scientifically established method used to image and evaluate the geology beneath the Earth’s surface without the need for drilling or excavation.
The process involves sending controlled, low-frequency acoustic waves into the ground.
These waves travel through the subsurface and reflect off different rock layers. Sensitive recording equipment placed on the surface captures the returning signals, which are then analyzed by geophysicists to develop a detailed understanding of the underlying geology.
This technique is widely used and critical for identifying areas with natural hydrogen potential.
